Sad that we waited so long to try this place only to have a poor experience overall. The three dishes we had were essentially all the same sauce despite being different “base” sauces. The chicken on the fettuccine Alfredo was “grilled to order” and burnt both times. It tasted like it was the frozen precooked grilled chicken. When we brought this up to management, they said everything was made to order offered desserts and took $3 off a $90 bill. I also ordered a Bloody Mary for brunch that never came and then was informed that they were out of the mix.I cannot recommend you go here for Italian knowing that Tony’s is so close by. It is the same price and significantly better quality and experience.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt this place needs one from me so other people don’t waste their time and money. My fiancé and I come to So.Pittsburgh, Alabama twice a year. Once for the cornbread festival and once for my birthday. We rent a cabin at Grant Summit Cabins. Anyhow I ordered the stuffed crab mushrooms and they were awful and bland. I might of even tasted a bit of pimento cheese. The shroons tasted like plain white shroons. I even believe their stuffing had rice mixed in the crab mixture. There just wasn’t any seasoning!!! I only ate 2 out of 6!!! Next we ordered 2-14” pizzas. One was a Dublin pizza which was an all meat pizza and the other was a Stevarinos Special which had a variety of veggies and meat on it. The Dublin was so cheesy that you would chew on it for approximately 15mins. and it still wasn’t chewed up well. The meat was awful tasting!!The Stephano Special was at least edible. Still entirely too cheesy!! I was able to eat 1 piece of it and a half of a piece of the Dublin. We did ask for a doggie bag but when we got back to the cabin they didn’t even make it to the cabin. They were tossed in the garbage bin. The bill was $93.Not including the tip. He did leave the server a 15%tip and he wasn’t even worth that😏I’ve been burping for the last 2 hrs. and it’s still not good🫢😝😖😭

A hidden gem! All the other brunch places were so busy and we saw this and gave it a chance. It's an Italian/ pizza place but has the best brunch options! The directions to get there were a little confusing but once I found it I was so happy. We got Eggs Benedict and a Monte Cristo sandwich, both were so fresh and delicious and well flavored. The fried potatoes that came with our dishes were soft and buttery and flavored very well. My sister puts lots of salt on everything and she didn't even need it! Our server was so sweet and helpful, even though she said she'd only work there a week. She was great! At first we thought it would be a bar atmosphere, but it was very nice, clean and modern. We will definitely be back for lunch or dinner.

When I had gone to Stevarino's with my brother a couple months ago, the food we got was not good. His Cajun pasta was under seasoned and the side pasta salad I got was the worst thing I've ever tasted. It was old, gritty, and over cooked. Worst of all, the flavor was very sour; not like vinaigrette sour but more like spoiled milk sour. The service was very slow for clearly microwaved food. I hope that any future visits I have aren't this unpleasant.

My wife and I on a whim tried this place out. We searched Trip Advisor for Italian restaurants close to downtown. They had high reviews and boy they did not disappoint!! She had spaghetti and meatball and I fettuccini alfredo. The portions are large and the taste was magnificent. We were not rushed and service was excellent. A little off beaten path which was perfect for us.
